Ramad opens crisp and resinous, blood orange over sharp juniper with a peppery lift of elemi, fresh and aromatic rather than sweet.

Then the heart darkens into a deep, near black rose, geranium and violet made powdery and shadowed, with orris adding a suede like smoothness and cinnamon a dry spiced warmth.

As it settles, the smoke rolls in. Oud brings resinous depth, styrax and guaiac wood wrap the base in leather and dry smoke, and labdanum pours through a warm amber.
