Refund policy

RETURNS INFORMATION

We always do our best to ensure orders are processed correctly. However, in rare cases mistakes may occur and we are committed to resolving them as quickly as possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unopened and unused products to us, provided they are still in their original condition and securely packaged.

We offer a full refund or exchange on sealed items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we are only able to offer a free return label if the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. In these cases, we will require a clear photo or video as proof before issuing a replacement or refund.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage when sending items back, as we cannot reimburse return postage costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. The refund amount will match the price you paid at the time of purchase.
