Cancellation policy
1. Subscriptions
1.1 Subscription Structure
When you purchase a subscription, you authorise us to supply products on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency and duration selected at checkout.
1.2 Payments
- Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider.
- You will be charged for each delivery unless the subscription is paid in full in advance.
- Prices, delivery frequency, and billing dates will be confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
1.3 Auto-Renewal
- Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the initial term.
- Where auto-renewal applies, this will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date to prevent further charges.
1.4 Cancellation and Changes
- You may cancel or modify your subscription (including skipping deliveries or changing frequency) at any time via the link in your order confirmation email or your customer account.
- Cancellations made after a billing cut-off date may apply to the following delivery cycle.
1.5 Refunds
- Payments already processed for dispatched orders are non-refundable except where required by law or covered under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
2. Pre-Orders
2.1 Definition
- A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not yet available or is awaiting restock or release.
2.2 Payments
- At checkout, we may take no payment, a partial deposit, or the full payment.
- If only a deposit is taken, your payment method may be stored securely and charged for the remaining balance prior to dispatch.
2.3 Estimated Dispatch Dates
- Any stated release or dispatch dates are estimates only and may change due to production, supply chain, or logistical factors.
2.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order is fulfilled (dispatched).
- If a deposit or payment has been taken and the order is cancelled before fulfilment, it will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Once the pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
3. Try Before You Buy
3.1 Authorisation
When you place a “try before you buy” order, we will authorise (but not immediately charge) your payment method for the full value of the items.
3.2 Trial Period
- You will be given a clearly defined trial period, starting from the date of delivery, to decide whether to keep the item(s).
- The length of the trial period will be specified at checkout and in your order confirmation.
3.3 Returns During Trial
- If you decide not to keep the item(s), you must return them within the trial period and in accordance with the return instructions provided.
- Items must be returned in the condition required under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
3.4 Charges
- If the item(s) are not returned within the trial period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
- If returned late or in an unacceptable condition, you may be charged partially or in full.
4. General Terms
4.1 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations where applicable.
4.2 Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders or subscriptions where fraud, abuse, or misuse of purchase options is suspected.
4.3 Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply.
