Woody Aromas

These variations allow for a greater range of expression within the woody fragrance family. As an illustration, a Woody Oriental perfume could be composed of opulent oriental notes blended with woody notes such as patchouli and sandalwood. A Woody Leather fragrance, on the other hand, would be characterized by its drier, smokier quality, augmented by the addition of cedar, tobacco, and charred wood notes, as well as fresh citrus notes to lend luminosity to the deep heart notes. Woody Chypre perfumes, in contrast, are typically composed of notes of oakmoss, amber, and citrus, creating a distinct chypre character.
